1982 graduated from the Art School.
1993 graduated from the Azerbaijan public educational university, Graphic department.
Member of the Azerbaijan Union of Artists since 1995.

Participates in regional, republican and all-union artistic exhibitions since 1993.

The works of Israfilov Amrulla can be found in museums in Russia and in private collections in Japan, USA, Germany and other countries.
Lives and works in Republic Azerbaijan.
